[Gate-users] .sin files and reconstruction with matlab

 I am new to Gate and am trying to simulate a SPECT system. My question
 is regarding projection images. I have projection output enabled by
 giving:

 /gate/output/projection/enable
 /gate/output/projection/setFileName project1
 /gate/output/projection/pixelSizeX 0.94 mm
 /gate/output/projection/pixelSizeY 0.94 mm
 /gate/output/projection/pixelNumberX 128
 /gate/output/projection/pixelNumberY 128
 /gate/output/projection/projectionPlane YZ
I get two files (project1.hdr) file and(project1.sin) file. How do I view the .sin file? Also, how do I actually get the projection images with MATLAB software to reconstruct them ?
