Dear Coleagues,

I am having some trouble to correctly position the voxelized source (or 
to define its size??). Somehow, no matter what I do to the Interfile 
(float, unsigned integer, ...), or where I shift it, only half of it is 
present in the simulation. I attached an image of a simulation 
(generated e- are displayed in red) and the original Interfile. The  mhd 
file of the source can be found by following the link:

I use the following  code to read the source:

I honestly ran out of ideas what I could be doing wrong. Any help would 
be great.
