Hello,
I'm very new to using GATE and apologies if my question is very basic.
I have installed GATE a while ago and have been successful in running the
benchmarks and examples and generating the .sin output files (which I then
opened using ImageJ and Amide).
What I would like to do is to insert the Jaszczak phantom in the SPECT
scanner simulator. I think this should be down by extending the already
existing macros in the examples folder:
* examples/example_SPECT/SPECT.mac
* examples/example_SPECT/secondPart.mac
However before getting down to coding the script (which I still need to
learn), I was wondering if the code exists for inserting the Jaszczak
phantom in the SPECT scanner?
If not, I'd appreciate any advice on how to start working on this problem.
many thanks
