<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>Hello,<br><br></div>I'm very new to using GATE and apologies if my question is very basic. <br>I have installed GATE a while ago and have been successful in running the benchmarks and examples and generating the .sin output files (which I then opened using ImageJ and Amide).<br><br></div>What I would like to do is to insert the Jaszczak phantom in the SPECT scanner simulator. I think this should be down by extending the already existing macros in the examples folder:<br><br>* examples/example_SPECT/SPECT.mac<br>* examples/example_SPECT/secondPart.mac<br></div><div><br></div><div></div><div>However before getting down to coding the script (which I still need to learn), I was wondering if the code exists for inserting the Jaszczak phantom in the SPECT scanner?<br><br></div><div>If not, I'd appreciate any advice on how to start working on this problem.<br><br></div><div>many thanks<br></div><div>>>mohammad<br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div></div></div>
