[Gate-users] voxelized phantom

Hello,

data in the examples are not included in the source repository : data are
downloaded (and stored as link) from a data repository  (see
http://midas3.kitware.com/midas/community/28). The download is performed
when doing the 'make' (if the option to download the data have been enabled
in the ccmake).

If you want to replace this image by another one, just change the image
filename in the Gate macro.
