Hello 

There is a way using ImageJ, to convert DICOM files to .hdr format, which is supported by all Gate versions I guess.

- Download ImageJ from this link http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/download.html
- Have a look at this video (http://youtu.be/cYd9QvoJQDw), it shows how you can use ImageJ to convert DICOM to .hdr
