The command
/gate/geometry/setMaterialDatabase MyMaterialDatabase.db
points to the directory where you have the materials' file.
So you either run your script in the same folder of the .db file, or you
change that command line to
/gate/geometry/setMaterialDatabase [.db directory as seen from your script
folder]
