[Gate-users] Root/su Needed to Compile?

Hello
if your /home directory is mounted an all nodes, then you can install
all the software (Geant4, CLHEP, Gate, etc, etc) on your /home without
root privileges. However, if you are exporting other directory like /opt
it is easier if you have root access.
