Hello Bin
We can help you get running on the cluster using Gate 6.2 and MPI. This
version
does not use the gls nor the gjm cluster tools. It's a different solution.
There are a couple of users that are successfully using it to run GATE in
parallel
Let me know if gate 6.2 is ok with you and I'll send you more info on how
get started.
