[Gate-users] GATE on a linux cluster

Hi Fernando,

I am looking for some advice on installation of GATE on a linux cluster.

My workstation computer configuration are that Inter(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2643 at 3.30 GHz×16, 4GB RAM, 1TGB HD.  I have previously installed

GATE on  a 2 CPU machine running Ubuntu.  However, I didn’t use cluster ever. Now my high-performance computer only run on 1 CPU.  Someone here had reported that GATE is a single-thread application so that's not possible.

However, recently I have known that  GATE  can run in parallel mode  on multiple CPUs by using gjs and gjm.  Some helpful links or advice to help me set up my installation!
