[Gate-users] Combine CT scanner with proton source

[MinJoo Kim]

I'm trying to apply proton source and physics into example_CT/classic.
I just modified some code to apply sourcePBS.mac and physics.mac from
example_Radiotherapy/example4 and modify Global Box as a CT scanner, etc.
However, it doesn't work well. I've attache the modification files.
Could you check whether is it correctly modified or not?
