After upgrading to Gate v6.2, I have noticed that it appears binary output is no longer supported using the /gate/output/binary/enable command. This used to work in Gate v6.1.
In GATE 6.2, I get the following options for output:
Sub-directories :
1) /gate/output/BasicROOT/ Basic ROOT output control.
2) /gate/output/fastanalysis/ GATE output/fastanalysis control.
3) /gate/output/analysis/ GATE output/analysis control.
4) /gate/output/digi/ GATE output/digi control.
5) /gate/output/root/ GATE output/root control.
6) /gate/output/arf/ GATE output/arf control.
Commands :
7) describe * List of the output manager properties
8) verbose * Set GATE output manager verbose level
9) allowNoOutput * Allow to launch a simulation without any output nor actor
But in GATE 6.1, I get:
Sub-directories :
1) /gate/output/BasicROOT/ Basic ROOT output control.
2) /gate/output/analysis/ GATE output/analysis control.
3) /gate/output/digi/ GATE output/digi control.
4) /gate/output/ascii/ GATE output/ascii control.
5) /gate/output/binary/ GATE output/binary control.
6) /gate/output/root/ GATE output/root control.
7) /gate/output/arf/ GATE output/arf control.
Commands :
8) describe * List of the output manager properties
9) verbose * Set GATE output manager verbose level
10) allowNoOutput * Allow to launch a simulation without any output nor actor
Can I compile binary output into GATE?
