[Gate-users] how to modified the parameters when the simulated Scatter fraction is too highter than the measured value?

Dear all,

I simulated GE Discovery LS PET system and then tried to analysis its performance. I have done scatter fraction simulation follow NEMA94. 
However, I find the simulation SF value is too higher (SF=50%) than the measured value (SF=36%) from 3D acquire.
I appreciate if you let me know of which parameter be modified, or how to defined the digitizer?

There is also an application in the MATLAB user libraries to open ANALYZE

Hi folks,
I have finally managed to get an output for my 3D dose distribution code in
the HDR/IMG (Analyze) format. According to Talk9-GATE_RT.pdf I would need a
specific tool to analyze such output. Could someone please let me know what
specific tool I need along with some guidance on how to use it.
