[Gate-users] saving output in different files

dear GATE users... 

Is there any way we can save the output of GATE simulation to several root file for one time acquisition? I want to move my phantom in the simulation in 5 steps , and would like to save the result of every step simulation in 5 different root file. 

I have tried to read the manual, but yet could not find this part..
