[Gate-users] Defining a Cold Source

Hi,

Sources are always overlapping so their respective activities are added.
A cold source equals to no source, so just define nothing in this case.
Defining a 0 activity source over another one will have no effect.
So a cold hole in a hot source can only be defined with the FORBID command.
