Hello Sam,
Looking at: http://root.cern.ch/root/roottalk/roottalk09/0304.html
It seems that for large trees the AutoSave is automatically called by
TTree::Fill.
Each AutoSave generates a new key on the file.
You should just use the latest key file and forget about previous versions.
