Hello Sam,

Looking at:   http://roo​t.cern.ch/​root/roott​alk/rootta​lk09/0304.​html

It seems that for large trees the AutoSave is automatically called by
TTree::Fill.
Each AutoSave generates a new key on the file.

You should just use the latest key file and forget about previous versions.
