[Gate-users] using root to analyze output.

Hi,

I have a question about using root to analyze Gate output.

When I open gate4 output root file in TBrowser, there are always two root trees for hits, singles, and etc in the left panel.

For example,

I have
Hits:830
Hits:829
Singles:365
Singles:364

Each one has similar number of event. The first is slightly larger than the second one. 

Does anyone know why there are two different root trees for hits, singles, and etc? What each one represents?
