[Gate-users] a problem with put a ncat phantom in Gate

Dear Mona,



if I get you right, now you use xmedcon on Windows for the file conversion but you then still run your simulation on linux using the file generated on the Windows system. Then I guess the problem with the converted file is not the conversion itself but the file format in terms of line break characters. In linux try running the command "dos2unix [YourXmedconWindowsGeneratedFile]" on the file '[YourXmedconWindowsGeneratedFile]' you generated with xmedcon on the Windows system and see if that file works afterwards.

Dear sir

I was trying to put ncat phantom in Gate for months, But i could not . Then

my teacher told me how i can and it worked ,But my computer was crashed and

i made to format every thing and install all. Now , my old phantom run by

Gate and new ones not. There is only one different between  now and past :

i used xmedcon linux for convertion ncat files to interfile and now i could

not set up xmedcon on linux and i use xmedcon on windows.



Please, Tell me, what to do. If someone have installed xemedcon on linux ,

Please send it for me or tell me wheather there is another program for

conversion unit16 to interfile that i can install on linux easily.
