[Gate-users] FLAGS with source env_gate_sh and the result by testing the benchmarks

Hi friends

  The first question, I don’t know about the “ FLAGS”, such as: XMFLAGS, XAWFLAGS, XERCESCROOT.

These words is the output by type the command : source env_gate.sh. 

I am not sure about the relation between these FLAGS and my GATE operation.

Are there errors in these FLAGS  “ XMFLAGS, XAWFLAGS, XERCESCROOT ”,because  the flags’s value is missing. How should I deal with that?

The second question, I had tested the file benchmarkPET.mac and benchSPECT.mac. There exist a deviation in the  result comparing with the website’s(http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Validating_Installation) result. 

 Is the  test result right? The following is the benchmarkPET.mac and benchSPECT output  respectly :
