[Gate-users] VV 1.2 is released!

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the 1.2 release of VV, an open-source software
from CREATIS laboratory. It is a cross-platform image viewer, designed for
fast and simple visualization of spatio-temporal images: 2D, 2D+t, 3D and
3D+t (or 4D) images.

The new features are:
* Better memory management
* Use of ITK image orientation matrix
* Tool to display segmented regions of interest
* ITK v4 compatibility (which is still in alpha stage ; tag v4.0a07)
* git repository
* redmine bug tracker
