[Gate-users] Setting multiple coincidence policies in GATE

Hi there,

It looks like there's a typo in the User's Guide; the proper command
for setting the multiple coincidence policy is actually:

/gate/digitizer/Coincidences/MultiplePolicy killAll (in your case)

rather than /gate/digitizer/Coincidences/setMultiplePolicy killAll as
the manual suggests.
