Hi,
The parametrisedBoxMatrix mode is disabled since the V5 version. You need to use the compress or regular matrix mode.

I used GATE6 voxel phantom example(brain) and I used parameterisedBoxMatrix
to collecting dose(as i used for GATE4.0.0)
