Hi,

It means that a virtual machine (i.e. a file of about 2GB) is available to
download.
You install then the VirtualBox software on any computer and you import this
file in this software.
Then you will have a guest virtual linux machine that can be run onto your
host computer (you will have an usual window but inside which a linux
machine is running).
Gate_v6.p01 is already installed inside and ready to be used.
