[Gate-users] enableAutoUpdate is removed...?

Hi MinJae,

The doc has been updated.
Since version 6.0.0 manual geometry update has to be performed each time you
want to.
The command is:

/gate/geometry/update

Removing autoUpdate was justified from having G4 errors in case a certain
dimension from a complex volume (like G4Trap) is updated before other ones
that were supposed to be updated before, producing an impossible object...
Moreover, it produced ugly code, and inefficient geometry building when
visualization was off (too much checks).
But we unfortunately forgot to update the doc... time is money :-)

Concerning ions, I totally don't know...
