[Gate-users] web site registration?

Dear Gate Gang,

I have tried to register on the web site (www.opengatecollaboration.org/register.html) but am unable to log in.  I've tried to use the contact form (www.opengatecollaboration.org/contact.html), but it always tells me that I am missing a required field.  Is there an email address that I can use to contact the site admin for help?
