Dear all,
I was going through the user guide, working through the first example, and I got this warning message after executing /gate/geometry/enableAutoUpdate:
The warning message is:
Obsolete world logical volume is removed from the default region.
world_L is registered to the default region.
Volume of the same name and copy number ("world_P", copy 0) still exists and is being used.
WARNING: This does not necessarily guarantee it's the same
volume you originally specified in /vis/scene/add/.
/vis/scene/notifyHandlers scene-0
These are the previous commands I had executed:
# visualization
/vis/open OGLSX
/vis/viewer/reset
/vis/viewer/set/viewpointThetaPhi 60 60
/vis/viewer/zoom 1
/vis/viewer/set/style surface
/vis/drawVolume
/tracking/storeTrajectory 1
/vis/scene/endOfEventAction accumulate
/vis/viewer/update
/gate/geometry/enableAutoUpdate
Do you know what can be the cause of this? I expect it's something basic. I'm still learning GATE so perhaps the reason behind it is obvious. I also get this warning message whenever I run geometry-related commands in general.
Sincerely,
Fares
