[Gate-users] Gate-users Digest, Vol 37, Issue 4

Ha, 
I just encountered this problem yesterday and never had such a problem before using the same gate.
Even more puzzling, I simultaneously submitted tens of jobs, and some of them had this problem and quit, and others run well without any problems. 
 
Just try to resubmit job to see if it is still the same.

Dear Gate users,



I just reinstalled GATE, benchmarks and some examples run well,

But when I simulate a system of Voxelized phantom, the macros used are from
the example folders:

/examples/example_FULL_SIMULATION/YourScanner.mac

/examples/example_PHANTOM_SOURCE/Voxelized_Phantom_Source/VoxelizedPhantom.m
ac



I get error messages as follow:





/gate/world/daughters/name hof_brain
/gate/world/daughters/insert parameterizedBoxMatrix
   GateMaterialDatabase: did not load properties table for material
'Vacuum'.
     This is only a problem when OPTICAL PHOTONS are transported in this
material.'
/gate/hof_brain/geometry/insertReader interfile
GateVGeometryVoxelReader::GateVGeometryVoxelReader: m_voxelTranslator 0
/gate/hof_brain/interfileReader/insertTranslator range

        I could not find any section [Materials] in the material database
file.
        You should check the database file.

However, when I checked the file GateMaterials.db, I do find "[Materials]"
in it.



Is there anybody encounter this problem? Or some suggestion?
