Yes of course, you have to forget parameterizedBoxMatrix ! the regularMatrix
is faster and safe, so use it !

yes it's ok. the difference between both is just in the code itself, there
is no difference for the user, except the execution time.

but I am questioning myself about why do you use a voxelized matrix as a
daughter of your specthead ?
if you can use analytical description of your crystals and other, you have
to, it will be much faster.
