[Gate-users] Command not found, directories missing

Hello everyone.

I'm starting to use gate. The compilation with gcc and g++ 3.3.5 was 
finished normaly.
During compilation, I wrote all of stdout to a log file.  I monitored the
build, so as to catch messages written to stderr.
And all messages are normal except any warning to unsed parameters.


However, I'm having some problems running the benchmark PET. The errors 
are the following:

The problem is that there are some directories missing :
gate/digitizer
gate/output/ascii and gate/output/root

The following version of software are installed:
ROOT_5.22.00, CHLEP2.0.3.2, GEANT4.9.1.p01, GATE4.0.0 and Debian_Farge 3.1
