[Gate-users] strange error reminding

Dear Gaters:


      We've just installed Gate3.1.2 and run a .mac file.  A strange error
reminding was found:


I/O warning : failed to load external entity "Materials.xml"
command </gate/phantom/vis/forceWireframe> not found
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "Materials.xml"
WARNING !
 SetCutValueForOthers became obsolete.
 It is harmless to remove this invokation without any side effects.
 This dummy method implementation will be removed soon.
command </gate/output/root/setFileName cylindericalPET> not found
command </gate/output/root/setRootNtupleFlag 1> not found
command </gate/output/root/setRootHitFlag 0> not found
command </gate/output/root/setRootSinglesFlag 0> not found
command </gate/output/root/setRootCoincidencesFlag 0> not found
command </gate/output/root/setSaveRndmFlag 0> not found

I'm curious about those "command not found".


The correlative commands in the .mac file are:

Can you give a clew about that problem?
