[Gate-users] compressedMatrix phantom

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a voxelized phantom using with compressed voxel
(variable-size voxels).  Here is the macro file I am try to run

The blue command lines are added as in the user guide manual on p. 89.

When I ran the macro file I have gotten the following error message.

/control/execute VoxelizedPhantom.mac

   GateMaterialDatabase: did not find the Materials.xml file: no

***** Batch is interupted!! *****



It seems that GATE does not understand the command
/gate/hof_brain/compression/excludeList Lung Adipose Water Muscle Heart
Liver SpineBone Bone.
I tried to look for any example to use compressedMatrix in the user talk
archive but I could not find one.  

Could anyone tell me what I did wrong?
