[Gate-users] NCAT bin to i33

Hi José,

Yes you can! But, you have to be care with one thing: GATE can’t read float
data (32 bit)! So you'll need to convert your phantom file to unsigned
integer (16 bit) format (with IDL or MATLAB for instance).

The NCAT program produces bin files in float data

Cheers,

Subject: [Gate-users] NCAT bin to i33

Hi Gate users
Perhaps this is a very elemental question, but I'm so new in GATE users
terms. How I can convert the ncat_output.bin archive, which was obtained
with the general.samp.par to ncat_output.i33 file.

Best regards from Mexico
