[Gate-users] Mac Install

Dear Gaters,

It occurred to us that the "Mac install" procedure is rather outdated.
However, a Mac install is by no means different from your average  
Linux install.
In fact, most problems occurring are not Gate-specific, but rather  
are related to Geant4 install.
Therefore I advise those interested to have a look at:
