If you consider generating several events with exact time stamp, then
answer is NO. 

However, you can put several sources together or have a very high activity source
to simulate actual situation. But those still have different event ID even with much closer time.

Another thing you can do is put several backtoback photons into primary vertex in gps
to simulate simultaneous events but with the SAME event ID.
