[Gate-users] One answer for problem of digitizer module when running benchmarkPET

Franklin kindly gives me some information which turns out to be very useful.


Previous answers related to this problem warned you to set up the following
three variables

G4ANALYSIS_USE_FILE
G4ANALYSIS_USE_ROOT
G4ANALYSIS_USE_ROOT_PLOTTER

BUT YOU HAVE TO SETUP THIS following ONE AS WELL!!! NOT SURE WHY IT HAS NOT
BEEN SETUP BY gate_env.sh, but anyway...

G4ANALYSIS_USE

export G4ANALYSIS_USE=1 ( in sh)
or
setenv G4ANALYSIS_USE 1 (in csh)



Then recompile the GATE, it runs okay for me now..
