Hello Gaters,

I want to run simulations with voxelized phantoms generated by NCAT.
Using the parametrizedBoxMatrix and interfileReader I can already run
simulations. However I am having difficulties with the ranges file, both
for the phantom and the source.

Does anybody have a range.dat file or a description what material the
voxel values from NCAT represent?

The (float) output of NCAT (atn) has values between 0 and 0.07 in my
case. During conversion into uint16 I scale this range to match the 
full uint16 range to have as few as possible deviation compared to the 
float values. The activity volume has values between 0 and 75, and I
apply the same scaling as for the attenuation volume.
