[Gate-users] How to extract information from the ROOT output?

Hi Wencke,

I think the best way to do is to take the benchmarkPET.C file and to modify
it. I personally begin by this way. It is C++ code and pretty simple to
understand and use (if you have already practiced some). If you don't want
to do so, you can just take the ROOT manual from the beginning and learn how
to fully take advantage of ROOT scripts but this manual is over 500 pages
!!! So I recommend you to follow the first solution :-) You will easily
found the informations you want to extract.

Good luck,
Simon
