[gate-users] Problem with digitizer module (may be something else)

	Hi,

I have compiled GATE v2.1.0 in a Fedora Core 1 (gcc 3.3) using
geant4.6.2.p02. When I try to run the PET benchmark, I get a lot of
digitizer errors, like:

***** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/digitizer/Singles/insert adder> *****
***** Command ignored *****
***** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/digitizer/Singles/insert readout> *****
***** Command ignored *****
***** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/digitizer/Singles/readout/setDepth 1> *****
***** Command ignored *****
***** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/digitizer/Singles/insert blurring> *****

I don't know what may cause these errors. I've also noticed that Geant
compilation was not as pleasant as I thought:

Compiling deflate.cc ...
src/deflate.cc: En function `int z_deflateInit2_(z_stream*, int, int,
int, int,
    int, const char*, int)':
src/deflate.cc:254: error: 'struct internal_state' has no member named '
    noheader'
...
gmake[2]: ***
[/root/gate_src/geant4.6.2.p02/tmp/Linux-g++/G4visHepRep/deflate.o] Error 1

Perhaps I should try another newer distribution (I'm thinking of Fedora
Core 4), but first I'd like to understand why this is happening. Any
help is welcome.

	Best regards.
