Dear Zhang,
An option is STIR (Software for Tomographic Imaging Reconstuction). Also please
refer to my previouse mail on JOINT GATESTIR proposal and related patches, which
aims at enable STIR to reconstruct GATE output directly.
But till now, only ECAT7 is supportted, together with a test version on the
supporting of LMF (By converting to ECAT7). And it will support ASCII in the
future.
The updating process stopped due to my job hunting session. And now working as a
embedded soft-hard-ware engineer daytime, I couldn't switch to STIR or GATE
development at night right now, or at least, couldn't do it smoothly now.
I will be very happy if some people interested in this field would like to
contribute to it.
Regards,
Long
