You need to modify the class GateSystemListManager to add a new system. 
Then, you can copy the following files

GateEcatSystem.cc *.hh
GateSinogram.cc *.hh
GateToSinogram.cc *.hh
GateToSinogramMessenger.cc *.hh

and modify them to implement your new system and output. Note however, 
that it means you know exactly the format you want to implement. This 
will require also some work to get familiar with the programming of Gate.
