[gate-users] validation of GATE - benchmarkPET

Hello there once again,

I succeeded in running gate on a single node on the cluster, nut much
gaind in suimulation time , but now im more concerned about the output.

Here is what I get in the gaterun.dat

Now for the time

     User simulation time (sec)   := 28528.1
     Real simulation time (sec)   := 28698.7
     System simulation time (sec) := 100.68
GateOutputMgr deleting...

I have tried procesing the root output file, the total number of decyas
agree but i cant find data for the coincidences, half life etc.

My ion decay curve doesn't look like the one in the reference gif image in
that gate folder,

Is there something wrong somewhere ?
