[gate-users] patch for STIR for recon Gate output

Hi Claude
that's great and a relief. So, STIR should just work with this in my
opinion.
I suppose the discussion is still relevant for a weird scanner that's not in
the CTI list. But I suppose the only info that GATE can then put in the
ECAT7 files are size info etc, as there are no other fields in the header.
Of course, for current STIR reconstructions, that's all it needs.
