[gate-users] patch for STIR for recon Gate output

Dear Kris and  Long,

you can specify in the ECAT7 header the system type you are simulating 
with Gate. From the User'guide (Data output/ECAT7 output/Sinogram file):

the ECAT code of the scanner model is specified by

/gate/output/ecat7/system 962

This information can be needed by some ecat7 based reconstruction routines.

The file type is set to "Short3DSinogram" and not to zero.
