[Gate-users] is there a way of obtaining the range of particles and not their path?

Dear Gate users, 

I would like to record the maximal range of secondary particles, is there a simple way of doing that? 
I have been trying to understand the trackLength option of the phaseSpace actor, but it seems that it deals with the particles path and not the range.
