[Gate-users] SPECT projection artifact

Dear all,

The  artifact seen in the projection was generated by the applied 
spatial blurring module during digitization and it only affects to 
detectors of different sizes along X and Y directions. This error was 
introduced in version 9.0. It is now corrected in the branch develop 
(https://github.com/OpenGATE/Gate/pull/546/files).
