[Gate-users] GateBenchmark t3_range_e+ annihilation coordinates

Dear GATE users,

We want to use the AnnihilationRangeActor, as described in GATE benchmark test 3, to determine positron ranges for different ion sources. I ran t3_range_e+ (GATE v9.1; Geant 4-10-07) for F-18, as specified, and additionally Rb-82, and found that the x- and z-coordinates of the annihilations in the .root are identical. Despite this, the mean and max range were within the benchmark tolerances for both sources.

Has this behaviour been observed by anyone else?
