[Gate-users] better understanding of root file and quantifying auger electrons

Dear Gate users,

I have put a phase space actor on a nanoparticle on a simple cell model in water.
I wish to understand better my root file:

First I have the incident photons entering my nanoparticle, then I have the photo-electric electrons produced, but to what corresponds the "phot" part ?
Then there is the number of Compton electrons produced, and again to what corresponds the "compt" part ?

Another question, does someone know if the Auger electrons that are produced are counted in "Compton" ?
Is there a way to quantify the auger electrons ?

Thank you very much for you help!

Regards,
Sarah Blind
