Dear Gate users,
I want to know the positions of gamma particles in the source as well as in
the detector. where they deposit the energy. So, I tried to use the ASCII
output of the digitizer. The file "gateSingle
<https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/data_output_management.html#singles-files-gatesingles-dat-bin>.dat"
has source positions x,y,z coordinates as well as for singles x,y,z
coordinates but this file is supposed to be used for cylindricalPET rather
than SPECTHead as given in the documentation.
The gateHits.dat have the locations of the hits which are probably the one
I am looking for but there is no information about the source coordinates.
Can anybody please guide me to which output file can give me the x,y,z
coordinates of particles at both ends?
Thank you
