[Gate-users] Unstable number of hits

Dear all,

I have observed some strange behaviour: the same Gate macro run several
times can give a completely different number of hits. For example, 33 vs
5033. Random seed is fixed to a certain value, I don't recompile GATE and I
don't touch my macro. I run it several times one after another and
sometimes obtain 33 hits and some other times 5033 (or something like this).

I have observed this with Gate 9.1 complied with:
- geant4-10-07-patch-02 MT version
- geant4-10-07-patch-03
but not with geant4-10-07-patch-02 without MT.

Has anyone else seen something like this?
Is it my geant4/GATE installation? Is it a geant4 bug? Is it a GATE problem?
