[Gate-users] Error in ROOT Output

Dear Gaters
In a GATE (version 8.2) simulation of a PET scanner, I am facing the following error in the terminal for ROOT output:
SysError in <TFile::Flush>: error flushing file output/myROOT.root (Input/output error)Error in <TBranch::TBranch::WriteBasketImpl>: basket's WriteBuffer failed.
Surprisingly, the content of the ROOT output seems to be correct while the error message is appearing. It should be noted that there is enough free memory. I would highly appreciate any comment or idea on how to fix such an error.
